The developer has been building in Bengaluru since 1975 and is listed on the BSE and NSE.
Purva serves premium buyers, while Provident serves mid-income families with simpler layouts.
Towers share a clubhouse, pool, gym and play areas, so you get more facilities than a stand-alone flat.
Common areas, security and lifts are looked after by the society, which suits busy families.

Carpet area is the floor space inside your walls, where you can actually lay a carpet. Super built-up area adds your share of the lobby, lift, stairs and other common spaces. The super built-up figure is always larger, so a price per sq ft on that basis looks lower than the same price on carpet area.
Under RERA, builders must sell on carpet area, so always ask for the carpet figure and compare homes on that basis. Several projects on this page show carpet areas, which makes comparison easier.
Also ask about the balcony, terrace and any exclusive area, and whether they are included in the rate. A short written note from the sales team removes doubt before you pay a booking amount.
Most towers by Puravankara plan a mix of the following. Final lists differ by project.
Floor plans show the shape of each room, the wall positions and the balcony. Ask for the plan of the exact unit type you like, not only a sample. Look for a square-ish living room, a kitchen with a window, and bedrooms that fit a bed and a wardrobe without crowding.
A higher floor usually means more light, less street noise and better views, but it often costs more per sq ft. Lower floors are quicker to reach and good for elders. Corner homes get extra windows and cross-breeze.
Check what the tower faces: a garden, a road, or another tower. Visit at different times of day if you can. A site visit tells you more than a brochure.
