Puravankara Limited began in Bengaluru in 1975 and now builds in Bangalore, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kochi and other cities. It sells under two main names: Purva for premium homes, plots and offices, and Provident for mid-income homes.
The company is listed on the BSE and NSE. In its August 2026 investor update it reported about 59 million sq ft handed over across 97 projects, and a record ₹7,407 crore of sales in FY26.
